We are pleased to invite you to 2026 IAEE FACULTY ENGAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (FEE) AT IMEX AMERICA on Wednesday, 14 October from 8:00 am to 4:15 pm PT at Mandalay Bay Resort, Las Vegas, NV. The room will be South Pacific D, North Convention Center. There will be optional scheduled FEE's activities on Tuesday, 13 October and Thursday, 15 October, and we encourage those who can come in early to participate in IMEX America's educational programs on Monday, 12 October.

The theme is “Reimagining Meeting and Event Education: Collaborate, Curriculum, and Creativity”, celebrating the power of collaboration, innovative curriculum, and creativity in preparing the next generation of meeting and event professionals. This year's program brings together faculty and industry leaders to exchange ideas, share best practices, and develop meaningful partnerships that strengthen education in hospitality, meetings, events, and exhibitions. All faculty who teaches or works for a college or university with courses in Meeting, Event and/or Exhibition Management faculty are invited.

Through engaging discussions, interactive learning experiences, research presentations, and collaboration with industry partners on the IMEX America show floor, participants will discover practical strategies for creating relevant curriculum, inspiring student creativity, and building stronger connections between academia and industry.

Participants will leave the Faculty Engagement Experience with new ideas, expanded professional networks, practical teaching resources, and renewed inspiration to develop innovative educational experiences that prepare students for leadership in the global meetings, events, and exhibitions industry.

The planned faculty engagement program will include:

  • Facility Tours
  • Industry Speakers
  • Faculty Discussion Forum
  • IAEE Faculty Resources
  • IAEE Faculty Reception
  • AND MORE
